Summary/Abstract: A topic of real importance, which has been discussed a lot lately is "the integration of graduates in the labor market". It is something really important, something agreed both by the educational representatives and by the main players on the labor market. High school and college graduates need to find a job. And it is becoming more and more problematic: youth unemployment is on the rise in our country as well as in other European countries. The general opinion about graduates is that they do not have the necessary skills to integrate into the labor market and to work efficiently.
