Summary/Abstract: The distance learning system was adapted in study programmes that the “Gheorghe Dima” National Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca organizes within a specialized department. The subjects studied within the various majors are evaluated by students, by means of questionnaires that can be found on the dedicated platform, from the viewpoints of three activity levels: the evaluation of the tutor, of the course coordinator and of the manner in which the distance learning system is organized. The answers to the three questionnaires facilitate the identification of positive and negative aspects in providing support services specific to the distance learning system, as well as an adaptation of the system to the students’ requirements, to their level of knowledge assimilation, as well as to the evaluation of the teaching staff involved in the study programmes. All the information in the questionnaire is confidential and used in order to perform statistic analyses and elaborate correctional measures, mainly in order to reconfigure the study materials and the teaching methods used by the teaching staff.
