Summary/Abstract: This year a 30 year has been reached when the Berlin Wall had fallen. It was a lot of expectations from that important event. One of expectations was a restoration of parliamentarism, and it is a subject of this paper. In the paper the author explains that as far as the restoration of parliamentarism is concerned, this expectation is not fulfilled in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The author explains why do we have such situation, and why do we, instead of parliamentarism, have a deparlamentarisation of one political system.
