THE COMPARATIVE SHOWCASE OF ECCLESIAL OFFENSE AND CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND ECCLESIAL SANCTIONS AND CRIMINAL SANCTIONS

Summary/Abstract: This pa­per has set a goal to gi­ve a short com­pa­ra­ti­ve show­ca­se of ec­cle­sial and sta­te cri­mi­nal law. Ha­ving that the both of tho­se fi­elds are ex­ten­si­ve, this pa­per works only on the si­mi­la­ri­ti­es and the dif­fe­ren­ces bet­we­en ec­cle­sial and cri­mi­nal of­fen­se and ec­cle­sial and cri­mi­nal san­ction. Even tho­ugh the­se fi­elds de­fi­ne the si­mi­lar mat­ter, they do not gi­ve the sa­me so­lu­ti­ons, and that exactly is why the com­pa­ra­ti­ve met­hod is im­por­tant, so we can un­der­stand how the two bran­ches of law lo­ok upon the si­mi­lar or sa­me pro­blems. Along­si­de this, this work de­als with the re­la­ti­ons bet­we­en Law and mo­ra­le. It hig­hlights the stan­ces of mo­ral un­der­stan­ding by the Church and the Sta­te. Aut­hor al­so gi­ves a short re­vi­ew of the ec­cle­sial and cri­mi­nal san­cti­ons, com­pa­res the­se terms and talks abo­ut the po­int of the ec­cle­sial san­cti­ons, or cri­mi­nal san­ction.
