THE COMPARATIVE SHOWCASE OF THE STATES AND THE CHURCHES MARRIAGE LEGISLATION

Summary/Abstract: The goal of the study is to showcase the perception of the institution of marriage in the differently profiled legislation. In spite of the different basics on which these legislations lay, their interaction with one another can be seen. The legislation by itself implies many rules and regulations, so we will do the comparison of these two legislations. Having in mind that the Church legislation is rooted in the word of Christ, Our Savior, this situation will mark even the segments in which the evangelical spirit and Church legislation are antithetical.
