Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the actual problem of the Kazakh linguistics as the research of the specific professional vocabulary in social sciences. In connection with the insufficient study of professional vocabulary in the field of law and jurisprudence, this article focuses on the detailed analysis of professional titles in the spoken language of representatives of law enforcement bodies. The author pays special attention to the professional vocabulary used for successful intercultural communication of representatives of law-enforcement system, which is not entirely clear to the non - specialists. In accordance with the direction of the research as a research objective was defined by the author’s attempt to assess the specificity of the professional nominations in the spoken of law enforcement officers. On the basis of a study of research papers was taken a vocational vocabulary interpretation on the subject of research. In this context, the following issues are covered in the article: - disclosure of the phenomenon of judicial language, the specific work impact in the sphere of law enforcement on the character and voice communication staff through practical experiences; - identify the concepts “term”, “professionalism” and “professional jargon” that are parts of a special vocabulary. This problem is relevant today and requires further comprehensive study; - description of the characteristic features of professional nominations in the field of law, a comprehensive psycholinguistic, cognitive and structural analysis of professional communication; - in the era of Globalization and Informatization, considerable attention is paid to professional nominations of foreign origin (Russian and English professional words) in the Kazakh language; - definition of dominant parts of speech. On the basis of the collected materials, it can be claimed that the predominant parts of speech in professional categories are: nouns( including abbreviations), verbs, adjectives; - analysis of the structure of professional nominations (one-component, two-component, three-component nominations), practical application of new legal terms;
