Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the results of research on the analysis of media content on the Greenpeace Polska profile. Material and methods. The qualitative research carried out is based on the method of analyzing the content of the media message of a selected profile on Facebook. The content analysis concerned a total of 83 entries posted on the studied profile in the two month 2018. Results. The obtained research results were associated with the broader context of the shaping of ecological awareness in Polish society, the attitude of Poles towards ecological movements and the development of social media. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of research results, it can be concluded that the media strategies presented on the studied profile are primarily focused on building a vision of the functioning of users in the virtual community of people caring for the natural environment in a situation of permanent ecological threat.
