Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of the report of the World Bank characterizing the logistic productivity of regions in terms of national and international levels. The changes in the structure of trade and internationalization of logistic processes can be one of the elements conducive to the regional development. On the other hand, spatial inequalities, geopolitical and social conditions may result in the inhibition of such processes. A diagnostic and comparative tool is a useful instrument for identifying the potential of the region and for the indication of bottlenecks in the logistics area in the international context.
