Summary/Abstract: This paper briefly brings together the basics of two network management frameworks. The reader will understand that there are a lot of models used in network modeling and management processes, but only two of these all are essential in simplifying network representation, managing, preparing for the future and developing. Network management fundamentals frameworks as ITIL and FCAPS are the keys of success in these areas.
