Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is the assessment of changes in the capital and asset structure of agricultural enterprises in Poland in the years 2004-2009. To achieve this goal, the literature search was carried out as well as basic statistical tools were used to present and evaluate the collected data. The key sources of information were statistical data of Polish FADN.
