Summary/Abstract: This reportage reveals the opinions of young theatre-makers on how they relate to masters or to the concept of a master in their professional lives, from whom have they learned and are learning their profession, and how they see the master-student relationship on a theoretical level. It’s not just about concrete examples and names, but there also philosophical reflections on the question of craftsmanship and how the new generations’ careers differ from those of the past. In a broader context, the issue of Hungarian theatre education in Romania is also discussed.
