A highway of science and information in the framework of the bibliographic encyclopedic infrastructure of the planet

Summary/Abstract: An inductive picture of the structure of the research instrumentarium of the world universal bibliography has been presented. A macro-panoramic plan of the created for the purposes of teaching at the relatively numerous schools to the monasteries and churches on the seven liberal arts encyclopedias as a result of the rise in university knowledge has been presented. An emphasis has been put on the active translation of Hellenic books into Arabic – the process began at the time of the Great Harun al-Rashid (who became a caliph in 786). A summary about the outstanding civilization significance of Kitāb al-Fihrist: a mirror of the achievements of the Islamic Golden Age has been made; a depository of data for a great number of books in Arabic, Persian, Aramaic, Syrian, Sogdian and Hebrew, most of which have been translated from Ancient Greek, Hindu, Chinese, Aramaic, Syrian, Sogdian, Hebrew, Armenian, Latin and other languages; a personification of the existential mission of the Arab civilization as a guardian of the ancient wisdom and at the same time a sacral intellectual connection between East and West.
