Summary/Abstract: The safety of money turnover has been one of the most important goals of Apator S.A. during the last fifteen years. The company has achieved it by: – proper information system implementation (BaaN), – incentive system for salesmen, – buyers selection, – transaction security (letter of credit, bill of exchange), – credit limitation for buyers, – prepayment system, – vindication improvement.
