Summary/Abstract: The question of percentages, interests and usuary are mainly connected with the using of money. Money constitutes a fundamental element of the economic and social life, for financial transactions it is not only the basis in trade exchange and enterprise activities, but it also influences the way of functioning of the state and society. “We deal with financial activity which nowadays acquired importance and value never noted before and is characterized not only by significance but also by complexity, diversity and involving problems”. Money as a means of exchanging goods creates a great deal of occasions for corrupt practices. It is a generally known fact that money is neither good nor bad – it is morally indifferent, but the way of making and using it comes under moral evaluation.
