Summary/Abstract: The main representative of the Polish resistance against the Nazis in 1942–1943 was the Home Army (Armia Krajowa, AK), built on the foundations of the Service for Poland’s Victory (Służba Zwycięstwu Polski, SZP), the Union of Armed Struggle (Związek Walki Zbrojnej, ZWZ) and other non-communist resistance organisations.
