LEGAL CHANGES ON THE PUBLIC MARKET AND THEIR POSSIBLE INFLUENCE ON THE STOCK-EXCHANGE MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: Last year the Polish public capital market was characterised by lots of changes. These changes were connected specially with the fast development of the Polish stock market and of course with changes in the Polish law. This was mostly a result of adopting to EU requirements. The main goal of this paper is to present reasons that will cause further development of the Polish capital market in the future.
