The child's right to rest and vacation

Summary/Abstract: For the first time for Romanian doctrine, the article presents a detailed examination of the child's right to rest and vacation, through an interdisciplinary approach. Successfully combining the legal and psychological thread of the issue, scientifically argued, we believe that we have managed to make a significant contribution in this segment by shouting the complexity and importance of respecting the child's right to rest and vacation. Since the literature is limited to simply stating the existence of this right of the child, we appreciated this timely analysis.
