Some Aspects Regarding the Cyber-Security Strategy in Romania

Summary/Abstract: The article presents and analyzes the main normative acts that regulate the cyber-security strategy in Romania. This analysis also takes into account the new cyber-security strategy at the level of the European Union, presenting the most important legal instruments at European Union level in the field of cyber-security: Directive (EU) 2016/1148 concerning measures for a high common level of security of network and information systems across the Union and the Council Directive on the identification and designation of European critical infrastructures and the assessment of the need to improve their protection.
