Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), four decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Code of Civil Procedure, GEO no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads, republished, and GO no. 2/2001 regarding the legal regime of contraventions; Law no. 46/2008 - Forestry Code; Law no. 293/2004 on the Statute of civil servants with special status in the National Administration of Penitentiaries, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
