Summary/Abstract: In June 2021, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection no. 487/2021 on carrying out the operations for evaluating the pensions from the public system established until 1 September 2023; GD no. 650/2021 regarding the supplementation of the maximum number of positions for the National Anticorruption Directorate; GEO no. 51/2021 regarding the extension of the terms provided in Articles II point 9 and Article III of Law no. 295/2020 amending and supplementing Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as well as the approval of some fiscal-budgetary measures; Order of the Chief Inspector of the Judicial Inspection no. 49/2021 on the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Judicial Inspection. Moreover, in June, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Law of gratitude for the victory of the Romanian Revolution in December 1989, for the anti-communist workers 'revolt in Braşov in November 1987 and for the anti-communist workers' revolt in the Jiu Valley - Lupeni - August 1977 no. 341/2004; Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code; GEO no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code; GD no. 105/1999 on granting rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania starting from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons. At the same time, in the Official Gazette in June were published the GD no. 636/2021 regarding the extension of the alert status on the Romanian territory starting with 12 June 2021, as well as the establishment of the measures applied during it to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice no. 3479/2021 regarding the annulment of the Decision of the National Committee for Emergency Situations no. 9/2021.
