Summary/Abstract: Through this article we intend to analyze the right of administration from the perspective of current legislation. It is acknowledged that the numerous legislative changes in the field of administration have provided some clarification on how this method of public property right behaves in the civil circuit. An important role in this regard was played by the Decisions of the Constitutional Court in cases concerning the premises of the birth, existence or exercise of the right of administration.
