Summary/Abstract: Furthermore, in relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the settlement of certain legal matters), three decisions were published regarding: Company Law no. 31/1990 and the Civil Code; Law no. 165/2013 regarding the measures for finalizing the process of restitution, in kind or by equivalent, of the buildings abusively taken over during the communist regime in Romania; Land fund law no. 18/1991, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
