THE ROAD CODE, A LAW THAT HELPS OR CONFUSION DRIVERS

Summary/Abstract: The existence and functioning of a society is based on the elaboration, adoption and implementation of a system of normative acts capable of ensuring the rule of law and ensuring respect for the rights and freedoms of citizens. However, the adoption of a conduct that corresponds to the norms in force can be done only if there is a coherent, current and predictable normative basis, otherwise greater disorderly acts can be reached than if those laws had not been adopted. An ambiguous law with contradictory provisions even in its content, often leads to the famous: "let it go like this", which can not be accepted in a democratic society.
