MEDIATION IN FAMILY CONFLICTS AND CIVIL FAMILY LAW DISPUTES

Summary/Abstract: Family conflicts and disputes are some of the most particular conflicts but also some of the most destructive. This type of conflict not only that affects relationships, but emotionally affects parents and especially children. Due to this specificity of the conflict, mediation is the best way to resolve family disputes as restoring communication and rebuilding relationships is a desideratum of the mediation procedure. This study seeks to clarify controversies regarding the use of the divorce mediation procedure as well as the applications attached to it.
