Summary/Abstract: In April 2021, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: GEO no. 25/2021 amending and supplementing some normative acts in the field of public procurement; GEO no. 30/2021 regarding some fiscal measures; Law no. 114/2021 on some measures in the field of justice in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, in April, several legislative acts were amended, among which: La no 241/2005 for preventing and fighting tax evasion; G.E.O. no. 147/2020 granting days off for parents to supervise children, in case of limitation or suspension of teaching activities that involve the actual presence of children in schools and pre-school early education institutions, following the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus ; G.E.O. no. 111/2010 on child-raising leave and monthly allowance; Law no. 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities; Regulation of the National Institute of Magistracy. Furthermore, the Government Decision no. 432/2021 regarding the extension of the state of alert on the Romanian territory starting with 13 April 2021, and establishing the measures to be applied during this state for preventing and fighting against the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the ECHR Decision of June 30 2020 in B versus Romania case (Application no. 58.240/14) were published in the Official Journal of April.
