CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), six decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Code of criminal procedure; Code of fiscal procedure and Code of civil procedure; G.O. no. 18/2009 on the organization and financing the medical residency, as approved by Law no. 103/2012, as subsequently amended and supplemented and G.E.O. no. 103/2013 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds in the year 2014, as well as other measures in the field of public expenditure, approved as supplemented by Law no. 28/2014, as subsequently amended and supplemented; G.E.O. no. 80/2013 on the judicial stamp duties, as subsequently amended and supplemented; Law no. 1/2000 regarding the restoration of the ownership right for agricultural and forest land, requested according to the provisions of Law on the land resources no. 18/1991 and Law no. 169/1997, as subsequently amended and supplemented, in its version prior to the amendments made by Law no. 247/2005 on the reform in the fields of property and justice, as well as certain accompanying measures, as subsequently amended and supplemented; the Framework Law no. 153/2017 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds.
