Summary/Abstract: Tour operators are important players in the tourism market in regards to the provision of organization and brokerage services. The business activity of tour operators must be adapted to the new legal provisions that entered into force at the beginning of July 2018. On the one hand, the new Act includes provisions that impose more duties on tour operators, and on the other, provides greater protection of clients (tourists).The aim of this article is to indicate changes regulated by law that are essential for the business activities of the tour operators.
