Summary/Abstract: This study presents a statistical picture related to a valid criminal measure in the form of making a judgement public. The research covered the judgement of this criminal measure in addition to the penalty for offenses and fiscal offenses in 2012–2018. It was based on statistical data obtained from the Ministry of Justice.
