Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the subject of the bar, notary public and court bailiffs in the light of normative acts issued by the Ministry of the former Prussian Quarter in 1919–1921 in the areas of the former Prussian partition, when supremacy over the bar, notary public and court bailiffs was exercised by the Department of Justice of the Ministry of the former Prussian Quarter.
