Summary/Abstract: With globalization, migration movements have intensified. Due to regional wars, economic and hunger, migration movements have increased from countries in the region to European countries through Turkey. This situation began to affect Turkey and European countries.In the first part of article migration theories, in the second part migration in Turkish and international law, in the third part, history of the relationship between Turkey-EU, EU migration policies in the fourth part and in the final chapter, Visa Liberalization Dialogue Memorandum and Readmission Agreement dated December 16, 2013 and approaches and conclusions related to other summits will be evaluated
