Summary/Abstract: Medical activity consists in providing services in the field of health. It is organized, profitable, continuous and professional, therefore it is fully economic activity, moreover, it is a regulated activity. A medical entity may conduct medical activity only upon registration of the activity in the activity conducted by the voivode. The voivode uses the administrative power to register the treatment. This means that the public administration body tests and conditions that should be met by a medical entity wishing to conduct medical activities.
