Summary/Abstract: Talent management covers all important Human Resources Management functions from recruiting to job preparing and from performance management to retention. Talent management aims to motivate, interact and retain employees to perform better. At the same time, a talent management strategy needs to be determined to take advantage of the full potential of business employees. In this study, primary and secondary sources have been reached, a literature review has been made and in-depth interview method has been used. During the interview with Özgür Tosuner, Director of Human Resources and Quality Management of Sante Plus Hospital, an interview with open-ended questions was held. The collected data were analyzed and the study was completed by reaching useful results. In order for Talent Management to be successful, it is necessary to attract the appropriate employees to the business, to motivate the recruited employees and to decrease the employee turnover rate by developing organizational commitment. Applying talent management correctly in human resources management enables companies to create a sustainable competitive advantage. It is possible for businesses to achieve competitive advantage by implementing unique talent management that is difficult to copy.
