Russian Federation and The Republic of Turkey Comparison of Disciplinary Responsibilities

Summary/Abstract: This study on the disciplinary problems faced by civil servants who work on a salary in the state service, in the state's jobs requiring continuity, and who have responsibility and authority according to the law, will examine the comparison of the issues such as actions to be taken, penalties, investigations to be opened and laws to be applied. The world's land area as the largest, multi-ethnic and multi-religious, will be addressed by the federal semi-presidential system governed by Russian officials that make up the public sector in the federation faced with disciplinary Republican administration by the end of the problems officials in Turkey comparison method.
