Summary/Abstract: Today, the increasing corporate reputation perceptions of enterprises are very important, and the impact of organizational commitment in terms of increasing. In Turkey, the impact on organizational loyalty behaviour of enterprises with a working perception of corporate reputation has started to take a very important place. The perception of organizational commitment in general has started to reach the top level at the Turkish aviation institution. In our country, with the development of the Turkish aviation sector, there has also been an increase in the perception of the sector in terms of corporate reputation. Especially in the Turkish aviation sectors operating in Turkey, there is an increase in the average of company employees in the direction of organizational commitment. In the study, a face-to-face meeting was held with employees of companies operating in the Turkish aviation sector throughout Turkey. In total, the net return from the survey questions distributed to 390 participants was 352 individuals. According to the results of the study, it was observed that participants reached a level above their average in corporate reputation perceptions in general terms.
