Summary/Abstract: Information transformation has its source in the development of information technologies including software, social networks, data resources and the collection and dissemination of information. Technology also affects banks. The aim of the article is an attempt to recognize the use of modern tools by commercial banks operating in Poland. The conducted analysis showed to what extent banks in Poland use selected solutions of modern technologies.
