It was confirmed that students who learn Turkish as a foreign language used functional language elements based on a total of 793 verbs. 129 of these were used incorrectly while 664 were used correctly. It was determined that the students mostly used the functional language elements correctly. At the end of the study, the students’ who learn Turkish as a second language use of language elements that are suffixed onto verbs was found out.
