Summary/Abstract: The development and evaluation of investment projects is a very important issue that falls into the hands of the financial managers, taking into account especially the fact that the structures that make the object of these projects are of high value. The second part of the project, which is presented in the second article, refers to the project cost estimation and the identification of the main income and expense flows.
