Summary/Abstract: Dinamics and tendencies in juvenile delinquency in Romania, after 1989. After the defeat of the communist regime, in Romania the economic and social changes caused a sudden growth of general and juvenile delinquency. The goal of our research is to present the evolution of general and juvenile delinquency in Romania after 1989. In order to give a complete view on this phenomenon we have to see what was the situation during the communist regime, and to identify the different forms of continuity and discontinuity of the delinquency before and after 1989.
