Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with the settlement patterns of so-called Elbe-chasm in Latène Period. Author gathers present state of knowledge of settlement in Střekow microregion and evaluates some controversial finds from settlement and funerary sites. It pursues especially with problematics of Podmokly-group, whose ethnicity and origin is being lately frequently discussed.
