Summary/Abstract: The intensely competitive environment which is increasing its effect day by day, technological developments, and rapid changes in customer demands force today's companies to use fewer resources, to produce better quality products in a shorter time at a lower cost, and to provide high service standards. Since to achieve this requires effective use of the workforce, which is the most valuable resource for companies; It is necessary to take various protection measures against occupational accidents and diseases, with the human factor in mind. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Turkey using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is a statistical technique. Participants of the questionnaire used in the study include OHS officers, occupational physicians, relevant health personnel, human resources employees, etc. Critical success factors for OHS subjects were determined using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modeling. The most important goal is to reduce the number of work accidents and occupational diseases in Turkey by comparing the success factors in this study to those in the literature.
