Summary/Abstract: Experimental research method was used in the research. The research was conducted to determine how effective the empathy building and development program is in adolescents (adolescents) with Adapted Physical Education and sports activities. The research group consists of 27 volunteer students, 13 male and 14 female, from 7th and 8th grade students of Başköy Secondary School in Antalya Kepez District in the 2019-2020 academic year. A 5-week empathy development program was applied in the research. 1. Creating a safe environment for the week and playing the secret handshake game, 2. Week, breathing activities and facial expression rust game, 3. Week, autonomy and a game in which the entire class participates, and suggestions of how important everyone is to the class (belonging), 4. week, group games, empathy and active listening group choreography, 5. week is storytelling. The data in the study were obtained by semi-structured questions using the "Scale of Empathy and Sympathy in Adolescents" (Zengin, Yalnızoğlu, Çaka, & Çınar, 2018) and expert opinions. The scale was applied to the research group as a pre-test and a post-test. The data obtained were transferred to the computer environment and frequency (%), Paired Sample TTest procedures were performed in an appropriate statistical program. A confidence interval of 0.05 was accepted for detecting the differences. As a result of the evaluation of the data, there was no statistically significant difference in cognitive, emotional empathy and feelings of sympathy in the pre-test and post-test results of the research group. however, it was observed that there were increases in the posttest arithmetic mean compared to the 0.05 significance level.
