Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and organizational silence levels according to the perceptions of teachers working in secondary schools. The population of the study consists of 2782 teachers working in 138 secondary schools of the Ministry of National Education in the central districts of Van province in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample of the study is composed of 546 teachers determined by stratified sampling method. The research model is composed of relational survey model. As a data collection tool; “Organizational Climate Scale” and “Organizational Silence Scale”. For statistical analysis of the data; frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation were used. In addition, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was performed to determine the predictive levels of dependent variables of independent variables. As a result of the research in terms of organizational climate dimensions, the highest average was found to be supportive manager behaviors and the lowest average was unconcerned teacher behaviors. When the distribution of organizational silence was examined, it was observed that the highest average was in the emotion dimension and the lowest average was in the isolation dimension. It is seen that there are significant relationships between sub-dimensions of organizational climate scale and sub-dimensions of organizational silence scale. According to the results of regression analysis; It was observed that the sub-dimensions of organizational climate scale significantly predicted the sub-dimensions of organizational silence scale.
