Obituary for prof. Mojmír Helísek

Summary/Abstract: Journal ACTA VŠFS suff ered a big loss. On March 21st 2021, prof. Mojmír Helísek, Vice-Rector for Science and Research at the University of Finance and Administration died. He has been associated with our journal since 2010, when he became the vice-chairman of the Editorial Scientifi c Board. He held this position until the end of 2020. From 2013 to 2017, he was also the Executive Editor and in 2018 and 2019 the Chairperson of Executive Board. In 2021 he became Editor in chief of the journal. He was signifi cantly involved in the preparation of the issue you are reading, but unfortunately, he could not fi nish the process of preparations.
