Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction perceived by employees in accommodation establishments established in Adıyaman. Design/methodology/approach – In this study, relational scanning model, one of its quantitative types, was used. A face-to-face survey was conducted with 123 hotel employees between October and December 2019. The first part of the study consists of an organizational justice scale consisting of 8 statements developed by Donovan, Drasgow and Munson (1998). The second part consists of the 26- phrase “Job Descriptive Index” (JDI) scale developed by Smith, Kendal and Hulin (1969). The third part consists of questions regarding the demographic characteristics of the employees. Findings – A significant and positive relationship was determined between perceived organizational justice and job satisfaction by the employees in the research sample. Discussion – The study is expected to guide hospitality managers about the importance of justice and job satisfaction in terms of business performance and service quality.
