Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the present research is to study of the relationship between the organizational strategies and personality of managers who formulate or implement these strategies. This research is made by three stages. In stage one the correlation of different types of manager’s personality (top and medium managers) were evaluated with their strategies in single decision making condition. In stage two the methodology of stage one is made in grouping decision making condition and compare with that one. Finally in stage three by applying a quantitative method we approved that 1) there is different organizational strategies from the point of top and medium manager’s view.2)there are different organizational strategies from single and group decision making condition.3) it seems that the organizational strategies are equal with dominant manager's personality.4) we could formulate or implement new organizational strategies with recognizing of manager's personality.
