Summary/Abstract: The virtual worlds with appropriate software agents have potential for very effective virtual team cooperation. A virtual team can be defined as a team of people where at least half of the members do not meet each other physically. Working at home does not mean that a man is a part of some virtual team. They are just doing something that can be done by themselves from their home. They do not need to cooperate with anyone except for the authority who controls the work and take it over. When there a sequence with other member exists, they work as a part of the team. And the way of leading the team needs to correspond with that situation. Leaders who want to lead their team successfully need to understand the specifics of the virtual teams and appropriately use new electronic and communication media. The most important thing is to communicate right and clear. The subject matter of this project is to increase the common knowledge how to use virtual worlds, virtual teams and how to maintain their communication and leadership via technological tools. Own research in this area has continued the project, the contribution of research shows partial results obtained by experiments in virtual teams. The conclusion summarizes the results and points to the synergy of the team well set up communications with the support of ICT. This article is supported by the grant no.
