Summary/Abstract: Increasing health care marketisation may be, in broader sense, perceived as a mechanism providing the foundation for seeking new ways to rationalise operations in this area. These efforts aim to increase the efficiency of the health care sector, to better adjust health care services to social needs and to improve the management of scarce resources. The core of the process is treating a health care organisation as a partner for other actors and examining its strategic partners. The study aims to present the relationships among the characteristics of the environment, organisational structure and innovation management.
