Summary/Abstract: Early in terms of cultural intelligence and metacognitive stigma included four dimensions, the cognitive, motivational and behavioral dimensions are. Each of these dimensions explains certain aspects of cultural intelligence. The main objective of this study investigated the relationship between cultural intelligence and performance management Amol is a city secondary schools.Methods: The study population included all secondary school principals in Amol city to be 94 of us altogether. The analytical data for single-sample T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient was used.
