Summary/Abstract: Early in terms of cultural intelligence and metacognitive stigma included four dimensions, the cognitive, motivational and behavioral dimensions are. Each of these dimensions explains certain aspects of cultural intelligence. The main objective of this study investigated the relationship between cultural intelligence and performance management Amol is a city secondary schools.Methods: The study population included all secondary school principals in Amol city to be 94 of us altogether. The analytical data for single-sample T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/85was estimated coefficient suggests that the question of reliability is required. Results: The Cultural Intelligence metacognitive performance Amol city managers in secondary schools, there is no relationship. Cultural intelligence and cognitive performance among secondary school principals in Amol city, there is no relationship. Between emotional intelligence and performance management culture in secondary schools there is the city of Amol. Behavioral and cultural intelligence managers in secondary schools there is Amol city.Conclusion: Cultural intelligence level of middle managers in secondary schools located in Amol city
