Summary/Abstract: This article will analyze the role of Tatar poetry in the independent Republic of Kazakhstan and its social-political relations in the country, in the light of the new independent state, away from Soviet censorship. The development of the Tatar poetry in Kazakhstan during the years of independence and the feeling of freedom given by independence will be evaluated by the new literary line. It is told that the poetry of the Tatar diaspora poets reflected as a branch of Kazakh Literature, reflecting the political and social turmoil, changes and innovations of the new century with their own views. Tatar diaspora poetry in Kazakhstan is examined for the first time. In the article, Russian and Tatar language poets are given under two titles. Tatar poetry in Kazakhstan is developing in two languages (Tatar and Russian languages), although it deals with the same subject. Trying to explain the main themes they write by giving examples from short lines. In addition, this study is the first to deal with Tatar poetry and poets living on Independent Kazakhstan. We had difficulty in finding scientific resources since there was no scientific research on this subject before. Therefore, it was studied by finding poets and their works one by one, and the benefits that we could find from the Tatar Culture Association in Almaty city were used. The aim of the study is to show that Tatar poetry is also included in Turkish Peoples Poetry in developing Kazakhstan as a branch of Independent Kazakhstan Literature.
