Summary/Abstract: Purpose – In this study, the effect of organizational climate on the satisfaction of staff working in educational institutions was investigated. In this context, the demographic differences of employees and organizational climate in schools; It was tried to determine the factors that could increase the satisfaction of classroom teachers, what are the positives and negatives in current practices, and what measures could be related to the problems that reduce the motivation of the employees. Design/methodology/approach – In the preparation of the theoretical part of this study, secondary sources and in the research part, the questionnaire technique which analyzes cause and effect relationship, which is one of the statistical methods, was used. The universe of the study consisted of 700 classroom teachers working in 20 primary schools in Istanbul Avcılar District. Therefore, scientific results and suggestions were developed by using the data obtained from the questionnaire from 631 participating classroom teachers determined by simple random method and the research was completed. Findings – Research findings; It is seen that impartiality has a positive effect on "Satisfaction with the Agency and the Manager". It was observed that when the impartiality score increased by one unit, the score of "Satisfaction with the Agency and the Manager" increased by 0.164 units. Therefore, it has been determined that "Impartiality" has a positive effect of approximately 16.4% on "Satisfaction with the Institution and the Manager". It may be possible to mention that the more neutrality increases, the more satisfaction with the administration in schools. Discussion – In climate processes for success; high productivity values are valued and employees are asked to come to each other's help. To successful educational institutions; It is stated that good communication systems among employees prevail, improvement of climate performance is continuous and the idea of realizing innovations will prevail in employees (Yıldırım, 2005: 13-14). In this context, institutions that aim to achieve success need to create a unique organizational climate over time, develop a prestigious corporate identity with these personalities, share the structure and objectives of the organization with employees, and implement practices that will increase the motivation of employees. Therefore, within the scope of this study, the effect of organizational climate on employee satisfaction has been investigated in relation to administrators, teachers, students and parents in educational institutions. Therefore, it is thought that scientific researches on organizational climate and employee motivation can provide significant benefits to the field.
